This article is offensive to me. “Why should all the potentially qualified white males of the world have a more difficult chance of being hired?” I am sure every minority group has asked this question after being turned down for a job all across the world for the past 2000 years. And the words diversity and minority don’t just mean race, it includes anyone who is different than the norm. There is no shame in having a dissenting opinion, but understand the past before you destroy the future for so many people.
