What was your inspiration for the piece?
“I didn’t really have an inspiration; it came subconsciously, self-sacrifice I guess.”
How long did it take to create your entry?
“One year.”
What was the hardest part about creating your entry?
“I would say finding the components, especially the head. Every stone is different.”
What would you do with the money if you won?
“Put it into my farm, on a hill back home in Connecticut.”
