What was your inspiration for the piece?
The architects and interior designers on this project from progressive | ae wanted to create “a place for engagement, not just to be looked at” according to architect Ned Baxter.
How long did it take to create?
3 months including the design process and production.
What were some challenges?
“Working as a group,” said Baxter. Everyone had different ideas, but they came together in the end to create a successful design.
What will they do with the money if they win?
Pay back the office for lending the group money to build previous ArtPrize entries, and put the rest toward the next ArtPrize.
