Sophomore Guard Jeffrey Drake-Todd added 19 points, six rebounds and six assists.

Freshman Guard Bryce Elliot chipped in 15 points.

Grace out-rebounded GRCC 60-31. They shot 45 percent compared to GRCC’s 37 percent.

“They had a little size advantage and killed us with the high-low,” said Head Coach Luke Bronkema. “We just didn’t have a great match up against them with Max (Prendergast) being out.”

GRCC’s Starting Center Prendergast is injured with a foot sprain. He is expected to be back in 7-14 days.

“We got killed on the boards and they had a lot of second chance points,” Pearson said . “We have to knock down our free throws and limit turnovers.”

GRCC’s next game will be at 3 p.m. Nov 18 at the Kalamazoo Valley Community College showcase against Schoolcraft College.
