The film “Chasing The Dragon” will be screened at 1:30 p.m. today at Grand Rapids Community College. The event is co-hosted by the GRCC Campus Police, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Drug enforcement Administration (DEA), and the U.S State Attorney’s office.
The film documents one person’s struggle with opiate addiction.
The event goes from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in room 168 of the Applied Technology Center. There will be a screening of the film and an open discussion afterwards. Opiate addiction is currently a large problem on Midwestern college campuses.
