The Grand Rapids Community College Board of Trustees is slated to meet for their first regular meeting of the 2018 Fall semester at 4:15 p.m. today in the Board Library, located on the fifth floor of the Main Building.
The board will hear a presentation from Lisa Freiburger, vice president for
Finance and Administration, regarding a local strategic value resolution and a finance update since the last regular board meeting, held on June 14. Board members will also discuss the Michigan New Job Training Agreements from Agrour Inc. and JR Automation, which is part of GRCC’s Workforce Training.
After hearing a presentation by Cathy Kubiak titled “Treatment of People Executive Limitations,” where the board presents what policies they will not tolerate, the board will hear a foundation update from Kathy Mullins and Lisa Dopke and an update from GRCC President Bill Pink.
