Grand Rapids Community College continues their  annual Homecoming Week events with “Throwback Vibes” from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday in the Raider Grille.

The event, put on by GRCC’s Campus Activities Board will be filled with different activities for students, faculty and alumni. “Throwback Vibes” will include vintage arcade games, “Name That Tune” game and a t-shirt donation.

There are no requirements for the games that will be played. However, for the t-shirt donation portion of the event, Student Life has asked participants to bring specifically a non-GRCC college t-shirt to this event to trade in for a new GRCC Homecoming t-shirt. The purpose behind this activity is said to promote GRCC and to give them a sense of school spirit. Student Life plans to donate the old college t-shirts once the event is over to shelters or Goodwill.

Student Life and CAB encourages everyone to stop by and participate in this week’s homecoming events to amp up the school spirit.
