GRAM Offers Meijer Free Tuesdays and Thursdays

The Grand Rapids Art Museum will continue its Meijer Free Tuesdays and Meijer Free Thursday Nights program through now to Dec. 30, 2021.

GRAM began this offer on Aug. 5 as COVID-19 restrictions continued to ease throughout the country. This opportunity is part of the free and reduced admissions programs offered by the museum to Grand Rapids residents. The series also offers EBT cardholders free admission (must present card at the front desk) with up to three guests.

As a Blue Star Museum, GRAM offers active duty military personnel and their families free admission year-round. General admission is also free year-round to GRCC students and faculty as well as Kendall College of Art and Design students with a valid school ID.

The Meijer Free Tuesdays are open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., while the free Thursday nights are open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m..

Guests are encouraged to reserve their ticket(s) prior to visiting the museum in order to guarantee admission. More information about the museum programs can be found here.

All hours of operation for the museum are as follows:

  • Monday – Closed
  • Tuesday – 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday – Closed
  • Thursday – 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Friday – Closed
  • Saturday – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The Collegiate could not reach the museum for comment.
