Art & Bev’s, the casual lunch eatery in the Wisner-Bottrall Applied Technology Center (151 Fountain St NE) at Grand Rapids Community College is coming back this fall with a new name and a new menu.

The Secchia Institute for Culinary Education and the GRCC Communications team collaborated on the designs. Details about the new menu have yet to be released.

Foodology will be an energetic eatery and café offering a wide variety of delicious made-to-order, grab-and-go, baked goods, and coffees handcrafted by the GRCC Culinary students. Foodology will be operated by students under the careful guidance of Chef Audrey Heckwolf.

Foodology will be open from Sep. 7 thru Oct. 11 and will be open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For more information you can contact the Applied Technology Center at 616-234-3692.
