Are you currently taking a physical science course at GRCC? If so, there are some scholarships available for you this month that you can apply for. The only requirement is that you are enrolled in or intending to major in chemistry, physics ,geology, engineering, or science education.
In order to apply for any of these scholarships you will need to submit your application at this link. This will include a 300-word essay and a copy of your current GRCC transcript by Nov. 10. The essay has to address the following: career goals, and how these science courses play a role in meeting your career goals. You will also need to include your future science coursework and the degree(s) that you intend on pursuing as well as what job or profession you are looking for.
