DVS Senior Strategist Lyndsie Post has been named Grand Rapids Community College’s executive director of Marketing and Communications. She started working at GRCC on March 25.
This position has been vacant since July, when the previous Director of Communications Dave Murray left GRCC to become the Associate Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Ferris State University.
“Lyndsie will be joining us, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise from both the business sector and higher education,” read a statement from GRCC Communications. “…Lyndsie will be extremely valuable to GRCC and will continue to build upon the great work being done. Please give Lyndsie a warm GRCC welcome when you see her around on campus.”
Post has served as the senior strategist at DVS, a marketing and advertising agency located in Grand Rapids, since October of 2019 and also has experience working in higher education, serving as both the Communications Manager and then Director of Communications at Davenport University.
