On Oct. 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Grand Rapids Community College is partnering up with YWCA West Central Michigan to help provide a panel about domestic violence. This panel will explain important resources and support services offered in the local community.
Those who attend the event will have an opportunity to ask questions about domestic violence.
There are limited seats with a total of 40 seats available, and those interested or planning on attending are encouraged to RSVP to guarantee a seat.
This event will be held in the GRCC Student Life Center on the second floor in room 234. Free food will also be provided for those who plan on attending this event.
Director of Student Life and Conduct, Valerie Butterfield, could not be reached for comment.
