The Grand Rapids Community College Campus Activities Board is hosting a Fall Festival Saturday, Sept. 20.
“It’s a free event open to students and anyone in the community,” said Campus Activities Board President Lacey Hendrie. “Students can bring friends, family.”
The event will feature free food, music, a petting zoo, face painting, yard games, fall crafts, pumpkin painting, and a photo booth.
“Everything is free, the food, everything,” Hendrie said. ”We’re (going to) be having cider, donuts, and hot dogs.”
The event is this Saturday from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m. at GRCC’s Devos Camps, right by Sneden.
Hendrie said she hopes Fall Festival attendees enjoy the event.
“I feel like I really like it to help build more of a sense of community at GRCC, help people meet friends, build connections, and just have fun!” Hendrie said.
