On Thursday, April 9, 2026, the Honors Program, with the help of Student Government, will be hosting a clothing swap.

From 11:30 a.m to 1:30 p.m., students can go to the Student Life and Leadership Center located on the first floor of the Student Center, where they will have the opportunity to enjoy light refreshments and shopping, all while learning about a valued campus resource.

“Our goal with this event is to make students aware of the clothing closet here on campus,” said Adeline Butts, the Communications Director of Student Government.

“From One To Another Thrift Store” is a free student resource where students can donate clothing that they no longer need or want, and shop around for new articles of clothing.

“Students can expect to be greeted and guided to the shop from the entrance of Student Life,” said Yadira Lopez Puac, an Honor’s program student.

Students who are bringing articles of clothing to donate can set them in the bins that will be located outside the shop.

You do not need to RSVP for the event.
