If you have your eye on the world of technology, an upcoming event may pique your interest.
On Monday, Oct. 5, Grand Rapids Community College’s Center for Career and Professional Readiness is working with the Apple Woodland Mall location to bring job opportunities to students. The event starts at 11 a.m. in ground-level two (G2) of the Raleigh J. Finkelstein Hall.
“We figured this would be a good opportunity for students to not only practice their skills approaching a hiring company, but also working a job that allows flexibility and employee discounts for students,” said GRCC Career Engagement Coordinator Wen Batzer.
The collaboration is bringing multiple roles to GRCC students, including Technical Specialists. The event may also include free items and showcase Apple products.
The event, available for every GRCC student, opens doors for those looking for opportunities in technology.
