In their final home game against Lansing Community College the Raiders played hard but continued to struggle throughout the game. They shot only 9-for-42 in the first half and fouls became a concern in the second half. The Raiders did battle back and with under six minutes left they cut the Lansing Stars’ 26 point lead to 12, but it wasn’t enough. The final score was 72 to 60. Aside from being their last home game it was also Head Coach Kelly McEwen’s last home game as coach, he submitted his resignation last week. McEwen coached two seasons with the Raider Men and in 2009-10 he led them to the National Junior College Athletic Association tournament.
