The GRCC mens basketball team ended their regular season with a 78-94 loss to Kalamazoo Valley Community College Wednesday night at Ford Fieldhouse. When these teams met in January, GRCC took home an 80-77 win.
Tyler Oliver led the Cougars with 27 points. Followed by Jaylen Larry’s 19.
GRCC’s leading scorer, Courtney Hill, tallied 17 points.
The Cougars went 35 for 67 in field goals while GRCC only went 28 for 55. KVCC made 82 percent of its free throws but GRCC only managed 50 percent.
GRCC leaves the regular season behind with a record of 17-9. The Cougars took first place in the MCCAA and GRCC took third.
