Lane Divider Pole Struck By Car

On Nov. 7, at around 9:45 a.m., someone hit a cast iron lane divider pole with their car at the Bostwick Avenue parking ramp entrance.

The person reported the accident themselves. There was no detectable damage done to the pole, but the car was damaged. A Private Property/Minimal Damage Self Reporting Accident Form was filled out concerning the incident.

A Woman’s Car Was Rummaged Through At Bostwick Parking Ramp

On Nov. 7 a woman returned to her parked car at 3 p.m. to discover her glove compartment was open and some of her belongings that had been in a black bag were scattered all over the passenger’s seat. 

The woman parked her car on level 5 of the Bostwick Parking Ramp on the southeast side of the lot. It was left parked there between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.. The woman wasn’t missing anything from her car and could not remember if she had locked it. She was advised by campus police to make sure she locks her car when it is parked, and no further action was taken.
