Due to construction, roof access to Ramp A, formerly known as Bostwick Ramp, has been closed. Foot traffic is still permitted, but the top floor is blocked off to cars. All other ramp floors are open and accessible through the student entrance off of Fountain Street.

Dave Murray, Grand Rapids Community College’s communication director, explained that the college is doing routine maintenance on the ramp starting with the top floor, which is most exposed to the elements. The maintenance includes sealing the deck, repainting stripes, and patching areas. Once the top floor has been restored, restoration efforts will move onto the lower floors.
