The Center for Counseling & Well-Being will be hosting the “Handling Conflict Without Losing Your Cool” workshop on Tuesday, Nov 18. It will be one of the last dates of the Rest, Regulate, Relate workshop series.
The workshop, hosted by Loanna Abreu, will teach attendees “how to recognize your own triggers, communicate your needs clearly and respond to tough situations with confidence so that you can keep your cool and keep it moving.”
Other workshops in the same series teach students useful skills for college and adult life, such as managing sleep, stress, and overall well-being.
“In the workshop attendees will get to practice the skills that were learned and apply it to real life scenarios,” Abreu said.
The workshop will be on Tuesday at 1 p.m. in room 336. No sign-up is required. Learn more here.
