Planned Parenthood of Grand Rapids will be promoting safe sex for students this Valentines Day. They will distribute free condoms and “Safe Space” door hangers near Main Building on Campus from 4:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. today.
Teen and young-adult volunteers from Planned Parenthood and the National Organization for Women of Greater Grand Rapids will conduct what they call a “Condom Drop” for students at GRCC and other places around downtown. Over 3,000 free condoms will be handed out in all in hopes of keeping the community aware and safe this February 14.
