Tomorrow, parking from Fulton Street north to I-196 and Lafayette Avenue east to Fuller Avenue is prohibited so that snowplows can push back snow banks and widen streets. Students are encouraged to park in the Grand Rapids Community College parking ramps or find other on-street parking to avoid being ticketed.
