Raiders golf team wins handily at Ancilla Invitational

On April 11, the Grand Rapids Community College golf team beat out four other colleges at the Ancilla College Spring Invitational in Plymouth, Ind.

The Raiders took first place, shooting a +1 overall. The second place team, Trine University shot a +25, followed by Ancilla College, Muskegon Community College, and North Park University.

GRCC freshman Logan Sochacki came in first place individually with a -1, outshooting teammate Zach Bialik and Ancilla College’s Eric Davis by a single stroke.

The Raiders will head down to Plymouth again for the Western Conference Tournament, which is scheduled for April 25.
