The Grand Rapids Community College Campus Activities Board has released upcoming movie dates and titles for the newly revealed CC Cinema.

The cinema is put on by CAB and completely funded by the student activity fee, included in tuition each year. Films will stream continuously for three to four days mid-month, in hopes that students will be able to catch the full film even if they are unable to watch it in one sitting.

Movies will begin at noon inside the RaiderGrille, with the exception of the April showing of the new Star Wars movie which is planned to show in either the Fieldhouse or outside, if weather permits.

The RaiderGrille is located on the second floor of the Student Center in Room 203. The regular lunch menu will continue as usual, and free popcorn will be offered to all students attending the show. Titles of movies are listed below.

October 19-22: “Hocus Pocus”

November 16-19: “Mean Girls”

December 7-10: “Polar Express”

January 18-21: “Frozen AND Pitch Perfect 2”

February 15-18: “Crazy, Stupid, Love”

March 21-24: “Guardians of the Galaxy”

April 18-22: “Ferris Bueller’s Day” Off AND Star Wars: “The Force Awakens” (NOTE: Star Wars: “The Force Awakens” will be April 22 ONLY)
