On Tuesday, April 11 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Grand Rapids Community College’s new preschool will be hosting a faculty showcase. This showcase was organized in part by William Faber, chemistry professor and CTE director.
“The purpose of the faculty showcase is create a venue for faculty to share innovative teaching ideas and resources with one another,” Faber said. The faculty showcase is set up for faculty to share their work with other faculty members.
There will be work shown from multiple groups and departments.
“Armen Innovation Grant Recipients will share about their projects, Distance Learning and Instructional Support will share teaching with technology ideas, Experiential Learning faculty will share service learning projects, and other faculty and staff will share resources and innovative work from this past year,” Faber said.

Faculty members are encouraged to attend this event.
“Faculty should go to this event to see all the great learning that takes place across the college,” Faber said. “We have fantastic teachers at GRCC and we learn best from each other.”
