Library and Learning Commons to Hold Exam Cram

By Matthew Scheidel

The Grand Rapids Community College Library and Learning Commons will be holding an Exam Cram starting on Dec. 4. The event will have extended hours on Saturday and Sunday, with the library being open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. both days.

Coffee, snacks, and healthy treats will be available. All GRCC students are welcome to attend.

“Exam cram is the most popular week for the library,” said Brian Beecher, Director of Library and Learning Commons. “We typically receive nearly 4,000 entries through our entrance gates.”

Beecher believes that this is an important event that students should take advantage of each semester.

“This is a great opportunity for students to come in, enjoy some coffee and snacks, receive some tutoring help, and use the library space to prepare for exams,” Beecher said.

The event will conclude on Dec. 10. Hours are listed here.
