This week’s list of events includes a soul music party, a Barry Manilow concert, a Super Smash Bros. tournament and a celebration of women entrepreneurs.

Van Andel Arena will host Barry Manilow on his “One Last Time!” tour, which will be his last concert tour. Manilow is known for songs such as “Mandy,” “Can’t Smile Without You,” Ready To Take A Chance Again” and “Copacabana.” The performance starts at 7:30 p.m. Friday and ticket prices range from $19.75 to $149.75 depending on seat choice and availability.

The Grand Rapids Art Museum will host “Unstoppable! A Day of Celebrating Women Entrepreneurs & Makers.” From 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday. The celebration focuses on businesses that are innovative, creative and businesses that promote social change. The women’s artisanal market features 18 local artists and workshops provided by Avenue for the Arts, Grand Rapids Opportunities for Women (GROW) and Local First. Grand Rapids Soul Club will perform at the Pyramid Scheme at 9:30 p.m. Friday. The collective of musicians considers itself a “soul music dance party.” Admission is $6 and for ages 21 and up.

Kent District Library will host a Super Smash Bros. Wii U tournament for adults at their Grandville branch, 4055 Maple St SW. The tournament takes place from 7-8 p.m. Friday and is for ages 18 and up. The event is free, however, pre-registration is required. Eight person teams will compete for a chance to win prizes.
