This weeks list of things to do includes Festival of the Arts, an Iron Maiden tribute band, a burlesque show, a spa show, and a race and carnival at the Berlin Raceway.
The 47th Festival of the Arts will run through Sunday, June 5. The event takes place downtown and will be featuring live music, arts and crafts, and a large selection of food and beverages for sale.
The band “Revelations: A tribute to Iron Maiden,” of Grand Rapids, will be playing at the Stache, the front room of the Intersection at 133 Grandville Ave SW. The doors open at 5 p.m. Saturday, June 4.show starts at 7:30 p.m. Ages 16 and up are welcome and tickets cost is $8.
The Pyramid Scheme will present Super Happy Funtime Burlesque at 9 p.m. Friday, June 3. The show is a mix of theatre, music, and risque themes. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $25 for VIP tickets. Ages 18 and up are welcome.
Fifth Third Ballpark is hosting the Master Spas of West Michigan Spa Show through June 5. The show is being held in the outfield parking lot. The hours for Friday and Saturday are 11a.m. till 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The ballpark will also host the WGVU Real Oldies Concert featuring The Buckinghams at 5 p.m. Saturday, June 4.A classic car show will be held in the parking lot starting at 3 p.m. Both events are free to the public.
The Berlin Raceway is holding the Craigs Cruisers Carnival on June 4. Kids 11 and under are free and the first 500 will receive a free hot dog. The event will feature carnival rides and games. The event starts at 3 p.m, and the race begins at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available online.
