With less than two weeks until election day, a Grand Rapids Community College Psychology Professor is delivering a lecture on political affiliations, and the science behind it.
Frank Conner, chair of GRCC’s psychology department, will present “The Psychology of Political Affiliations: Are Donkeys and Elephants Really that Different?” The lecture is a non-biased look at understanding why people align with one party over the other.
The lecture is part of the annual Psychology Speaker Series.There will be three more lecture series over the course of the next academic year. All lectures are free and open to the public.
The lecture will take place between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m today in room 168 of the Applied Technology Center.
